ANFO-K


I need advice about catalyze ANFO. How does catalyze itself? Do Ammonium nitrate is powdered? What substances can be used as catalysts? What are all the advantages of ANFO-K? Thanks in advance :)

IIRC, ANFO-K contained ~3% MnO2 as catalyst!
The manganese dioxide supposedly reduced sensitiveness in ANFO compositions . . .

Well yes, one must assume the mixture should be as homogeneous as possible but fuel-oil then would be retained by capillary action, mostly . . .
