Catalase for fun?

Hi, does anyone know any interesting use of the enzyme catalase? I know how it works, but right now I don't have the creativity to find out something that's fun to do with it... have some spare time and loads of it.

I've got to imagine mixing some CH3OH or EthOH into there would make things even more interesting, given a match. :D (Assuming H2O2 + said -ol's doesn't do bad things already.)
