Yet Another Patented ClO3/ClO4 Anode Design

Here's a patent I recently found which claims that a tin dioxide/bismuth trioxide coating on titanium will work for chlorate and perchlorate electrolysis.

The coating is produced by brushing onto the substrate an alcoholic solution of "thermodecomposable" salts, which are then heated to 450 degrees C.

I'm wondering, has anyone tried this before?

Regards,
Joe
