Binary system's

Ok we have all heard of the binary nerve agents( VX/DMSO and so forth) and toxins, but are there any true binary methods in which chemical A and chemical B are only mildly to non toxic alone but when combined = yuck!....?
I have done many searched but i dont seem to have knowlage of a nerve agent or toxin that is truly binary.

Update

I read in organic synthisis that certain chemical processes can be stoped in the middle of production (if no special rxn is required) and stored as a binary, untill needed then they are mixed and heated or cooled depending on what is the catalyst for the needed RxN.
