they also do special gause and even plasters (bandaids) with silver in it now, quite pricey, but seemingly effective, esp when you consider that the NHS has taken this onboard as a viable product too. the NHS are the least likely to ever be accused of wasting money, they could drop a penny and catch it before it hits the floor!
