What is the product?

What would you expect to happen here:

Imidazole dissolved in water 30% by weight - pH is ~ 10. Then same amount of Urea Phosphate dissolved into the solution - pH goes to ~7. Temperature rises a little (obviously) due to acid/base reaction which will give salt and water. What is the resultant salt here and what is left in my solution? I can speculate but but not really sure, thus asking for your kind help.

Thanks.
