Possible extraction

I have been building a Dye laser, and searching for a suitable dye. Then I came across Carbostyril 165which produces a nice blue color. While researching I read that it is found in commercial detergent whiteners. Is there a way to extract it from the detergent?

Umm probably not... from my understanding lasers require very pure stuff in them to make them work properly...
