I wonder is it possible to make nicotyne from pyridine?

It may be important to you but perhaps not to anyone else. Nicotinic acid was synthesized from pyridine in JACS 63 2283
(1941), total syntheses of nicotine were published in JACS 55 2854 (1933), Ber 26 294 (1893) and
37 1225 (1904)  The Berichte articles are probably
available from Gallica; perhaps you should learn how to do some research yourself
