I find posts like this highly irritating. Go to google images type in sodium chlorate cell hit enter. Thousands of hits. Click on interesting images and go to respective sites to study more in depth.

You did not even bother to search this site for the massive amount of information on the subject, pics included. Do your own work. What was that normal reply to a post such as this? Oh yeah, UTFSE.

It could be merely a younger member who may learn what to do first before asking questions. In which case being a little hard on them could move them in the direction of conduct resulting in establishing themselves as a decent member of the community. Everyone has to start somewhere. Most know people they respect. Yet if those persons were judged based upon a time-slice during their youth they may not be so respected. Give them time while leading in the proper direction.
