Is there a FREE stoichiometry calculation program...?
...or web site anywhere? I looked and looked but did not find anything. Granted, half the sites are blocked by Uncle Sam but before I got through
all the crap to get one unblocked I would like to know whatyou gents might suggest.

I have written a program, which does balance any kind of equations and even determines the dimension of the solution space, in case a reaction is not
according to a simple stoichiometry.
The program also can compute mass ratio's from stoichiometries and v.v.

Here you go sarge! This is an easy to use mole and solution
calculator. It has an expandable library of compounds or you
can just use the empirical formula to calculate stoichiometry.
