Lipase inhibitors
I am interested in lipase inhibiton in dead animal tissue, particularly ovine\bovine stomach and intestines.
Any one know of any extremely potent lipase inhibiotrs, I dont care if they are toxic in low doses.
But it would be good if they are cheap or readily extractable from common sources like green tea etc

insulin isnt really of interest to me. Unless hormone sensitive lipase's play a major role after the animal is dead and its paunch is removed (stomach
intestines). But i dont think it does (please correct me if i am wrong).
"Adipose tissue levels of lipoprotein lipase also are increased by insulin and decreased by starvation". This seems more like a process that happens
when the animal is alive.
I want to inhibit as many lipase enzyme's and systems which are still active in the offal of a dead animal after removal from the body. To prevent the
formation of free fatty acids

Many of the lipase inhibitors seem to be analogues of glycerol esters, approximating fats enough to fit into the lipase and jam it. As such they are
fairly large molecules, and may not diffuse that well resulting in incomplete inhibition.
This first ref is about phenylboronic acid, a bit smaller, but it's also about inhibiting plant lipases
