KNO3/gasoline
At the risk of sounding like a total farmer I'd like to ask if anyone knows anything about mixing gasoline with KNO3 or AN to the end of producing
something like an ANNM/PNNM type of mixture, but more easily initiated. I know it would be less powerful than ANFO/ANNM, but I would think it would
take a less energetic cap to detonate than the mixtures with heavier fuels

Better mix ammonim nitrate with 5% pine turpentine to make more easily initiated and more powerful ANFO like mix.
Best mix is 5% turpentine 5% Al powder 90% AN.
Never shoot ANFO with less than 100-150 grams TNT booster(100 grams pentatol, hexatol, comp B, C-4, etc, etc). The practice has shown that using
smaller booster is impractical.
