Fluorescent Pigment Powder and liquid


I have little experience with fluorescent pigment powder.
I want to make liquid fluorescent pigment (by polymerization).
may be dispersion or emulsion.
Hope experienced people can guide me.

First things first - do you have a specific compound in mind?

And dextromolecule, if you’re lucky it might make your wee glow.
