Anti-Glare material production/acquisition.

Does anyone know where to get or how to make anti-glare material? Though is it possible to do this at home?

Depends on what anti-glare means,

One type is a micro-rough coating that makes the surface matt, reducing specular refection. For applications you can get a spray-on coating.

Another is partially absorbing films. These often combine fairly low reflectivity of their own with reduction of the intentsity of light passing yhrough them, which reduces the brightness of reflection.

Yet another is the anti-reflection coatings used on lenses and other optics. These are multi-layer coatings of graded refractive index, reducing the mismatch between air and lens. Generally this would be difficult to do at home.

Thank you for your help but I already glanced through that page before posting, found it difficult to find what I could use to make a surface non-reflective. I am wondering if I can add a non-reflective coating, at home, to a pair of binoculors.

To what end? If all you are trying to do is not be seen by someone else when you are using them then all you have to do is stretch some black pantyhose over the front.
