open circuit voltage decay


i am going to start working on dssc solar for MS thesis. Beside IV characterization of the solar cell, i would like evaluate carrier life time and carrier diffusion length. More importantly, i want to design equivalent circuit model for the simulation. Could someone suggest how i would go about?

If your advisor is mental , legally you don't have a leg to stand on.
Buy a thesis and paraphrase a lot.
