Solubility at low temperatures
I have been looking for the solubility of KNO3 at temperatures below zero, but i have had no luck finding such information. Can anyone point me to a
source either a book or a site. I would greatly appreciate the help. thanks

my problem is i have a solution of KNO3 and NaCl since the dissolved NaCl lowers freezing temp. i would like to know how much more KNO3 can be
precipitated by cooling down to say -10 degrees Celsius.

How about precipitating out the Sodium chloride when the solution is boiling away, when it is really hot?

Seems like NaCl would be the first to come out of solution as the water left. but maybe Potassium Chloride.. though i highly doubt this. Unless of
course some funky thing happens forming Sodium Nitrate and Potassium Chloride.
