Ha if this person (robot?) acted more like a person they could probably get some pretty good business, that is if they posted something like this:

None of the chemicals in the list of the OP is something I would ever need in my home lab. As usual, such posts only list complicated organics
(drug-precursors? I really don't know) and I never see such lists with interesting inorganic stuff (e,g, metal salts, oxidizers, acids) or basic
organics (e.g. acetone, CH2Cl2, chlorinating agents).

I'm currently working with pyrimidines and they are very interesting. For the organic home chemist it is usefull, but it doesn't seem trustworthy.

I agree it doesn't seem very trustworthy. I mean, how could a company like that - which we've never heard of, get so many different and complex
chemicals? It just seems weird to me.

And the big difference in quantities. Of one product they only have a couple of grams and of another one they have 40 kgs.

Some are associated with universities, others are quasi-government research institutes, still others are standard businesses although they may have
friends in government. The U.S. had a lot of smaller technical business like that, back until the 1970s or 1980s; often you'd never hear of them
unless they were located right next to you or they made something you needed. I've got lab glassware and reagents from some of those companies, now
vanished so completely that many don't turn up in an online search - you need old manufacturing directories.
Thry may make they stuff they sell, or repackage from some large manufacture. I'm always getting e-mail spam from outfits like that, from the product
lists I'd seen I figured that they had a contract to make CYZ, or had done research on the class of compounds at a university, and are trying to cash
in on their expertise.
They don't offer basic stuff because there's a lot of established competition out there, instead they go for classes of compounds that are hard to
find, hoping to reach people who want those as starting points in research they are doing.
I'd not deal with them, even if I were a business. Too many problems in dealing with Chinese companies, the government tends to protect them against
outsiders too. You need to be a big player to get involved with such.
