Subsurface Delivery Adaptor

I need an adapter to extend the outlet of my addition funnel for subsurface delivery like what is demonstrated in the diethyl ether prepublication article. Anybody know what this item is called. I have 24/40 joints.

Edit: Incase this information is needed. It is for a 2 neck 250ml flask made by Wilmad.

Maybe something like the 9121 adapter tube shown here and you could connect the side tube to the top of your sep funnel to equalize pressure.

I found a straight drip adaptor being sold by expediglass on ebay. I'm gonna try that with a 70 mm straight extension and it should hopefully meet my needs.
