Niobium chemistry from niobium metal

Hello! today I dissolved some niobium in conc. HNO3 and HF mixture. I have previously dissolved tantalum in an acids mixture, and have done the same now. Although the reaction was quite vigorous, I thought it would take more time, but in a few minutes, the metal was completely dissolved.

Of course, the reaction released heat, but not enough to melt the plastic. As you can see, I made the reaction in a small plastic box.

I neutralized the solution with carbonate and precipitated the less soluble Na2[NbF7], washed with cold water, some hydrolyzed, now I have a mixture of Na2[NbF7] and Na2[NbOF5], It doesn't matter, I'm going to add sulfuric acid and make the oxide.
