Cold compress from Dollar Tree

I found a Thera Instant Cold Compress from Dollar Tree.

Unfortunately, the ingredients aren't listed on the product and no information from internet or telephone was available.

Has anyone identified this product?

It’s most likely urea; ammonium nitrate is very rarely used nowadays.

That's very good. I was hoping it wasn't garbage calcium ammonium nitrate. I found one with dirt like substances in the pack.

The products I've seen in these packs were quite visibly dirty.
