Missing topics

I was browsing earlier today and there was a topic by Sueliman on the subject of using his excess 12V photovoltaic to generate distilled water. When I tried to refresh just now the site was unavailable for a couple of minutes (this seems to be becoming a regular occurrence) and then when it did become available again the topic was completely missing.
