What is the easiest ways to remove from 50% up to 95% manganese metal from 1 KG of molten aluminum cans at backyard furnace ?

I don't think aluminium cans are going to be a viable source of manganese. 3004 is the standard alloy for cans and is only 1% Mn so you aren't going to get much manganese even if you can do it. If you are looking for manganese, I would suggest a more concentrated source such as MnO2 from alkaline batteries or pottery supply stores. If there's a scrapyard near you, you could ask if they have any parts of rock crushers, I believe the wear plates are typically an alloy with a very high percentage of manganese. It looks like regular steel but is non magnetic.
