Kitchen sink branch tailpiece = Easy diy aspirator?
Could someone please help me out and tell me what needs to be done to change this into a water powered vacuum aspirator?

Attach a REALLY big pump. The sort that pulls a couple of kW and can run the filter on your swimming pool.
And a u-bend on the outlet, to help entrain and trap the gas in the water.

I know what you meant.
Judging from the photos it looks like there is a lip covering that side port, probably to stop water splashing back up the pipe. That creates the
constriction you want for the Venturi effect. Its not the ideal shape, but it should work if you get enough water flowing past.
I made a similar 'one-sided' venturi to help drain the cockpit of my kayak as I paddle - works quite well for that, but its not making huge a vacuum.
Realistically you'd be better to buy or 3d print a venturi than try to adapt a drain pipe with such a large bore.

You can get a standard plastic or metal aspirator from many sources for $5-10, so that item seems way too big and not designed for that, so I would
buy a good one and save that piece for your sink.
