OTC liquid product with high % THF
Goof-Off Super glue remover. It used to use 20% NMP but now uses 20-30% THF instead. The only other ingredient is acetone. It is quite pricy for the
amount unfortunately.
However it is small and sold by huge hardware stores...

That distillation is going to be a real pain in the ass, though. Maybe you can exploit the reactivity of acetone with ammonia?

Oatey pvc primer is a similar product. There are various kinds and the ingredients change so check msds.
