Normelatonin

Hello,

What are the precursors of normelatonin? Is there a way to increase endogenous production of it?

Are there any compounds that could mimic the effect of 7,8-dihydroxyflavone?

Thanks.

Would the synthesis of these two compounds be very expensive?

Tryptophan is a precursor to many neurotransmitters. As for the price, it depends on the purity you want, the amount you want to make, and the method by which you want to make your chemical. I'd suggest starting from tryptophan and going onwards from there.
