Golden Powder
I want to make Golden Powder, but I'm not sure if the vitamin C in the form of small tablets that are sold in
pharmacies actually contain ascorbic acid in an amount sufficient ... anyone know?

tried ebay? look up your brand and it should say how much is in there.
Wiki says there is 25-1500mg ascorbic acid in supplements.

Usually vitamin C supplement is ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate. I just want to know what happened in your head yesterday, I don't understand.
