Calcium Acetate Source?

First, i tried the search engine already and i tried google.

Does anyone know a source for industrial Calcium Acetate? Say the grade used in baking as a preservative and available in 50 lb bags?

Yes, this is for gelled fuel production. And yes, i currently make it with food grade concentrated acetic acid and calcium carbonate. But i am trying to simplify and speed my process as well as avoiding all the unnecessary fizzing.

Anybody know of any good suppliers for 50 lb bags of industrial grade reagents?

Thank you.

Maybe ebay item 370762337963? 1 pound for $13, with discounts for bulk shipping. It's likely that the seller repackages, so perhaps they might be able to point you to a larger supply.

Why couldn't you react calcium hydroxide with vinegar then evaporate?

50 lbs?! didn't see that at first.
