Epoxy Resin Reactions

Does anybody happen to know, if there are any adverse side effects/reactions when epoxy resin makes contact with polystyrene based plastics???

There are lots of epoxy resins and quite a few polystyrene based plastics.
You would be quicker trying it yourself.

I can tell you when I superglue something to hold it and then apply exoxy to build up strength there is some evil white smoke if the superglue is still wet.
