Oxalic Acid Solution From Deck Wood Cleaner

Has anyone had experience using Oxalic Acid found in some common deck cleaners? I'm have something called Rez deck cleaner which I bought at the BORG (Big Orange Retail Giant aka Home Depot). The MSDS stated <10 per cent in solution. Is there a way to find out for sure? That's the only thing listed on the MSDS, does that mean they don't put anything else in it? Thanks.

I use Daly's wood bleach(general purpose wood bleacher?) or whatever its called... Comes in a tall slender plastic container. Weight is 1lb of oxalic acid. Should be 95-99% pure.
