IIRC Brakecleen brake cleaner is nearly pure mixed with CO2 as a propellant...
Wal-mart sells it for about $3 for a big can I think...

IIRC, that is also the same stuff (or similar) to the propellant used by spud gunners, as an alternative to sticky hairspray or smelly deodorant.
I'd laugh my ass of if you managed to get some sort of catalyst or reactive organic spilled on your nice shirt, and you tried to get it off with
C2Cl4. That would be fun to watch...
