Potassium permanganate/nitromethane

There are ANNM, PNNM so I was thinking if a mixture of nitromethane and potassium permanganate can detonate?

PNNM?

Potassium (P)ermanganate would be PP if anything.

Anyway, there's a mixture of NM and PP called Purple Nitro, use for racing fuel, so I guess it would be safe.
