My platinum wire was I think from Ugems, an ebay supplier. It cost ~US$12/inch and I bought 5 inches, but only used 3 on this project. The coin came
from melbourne, and cost $78 AUS.
Including delivery I think I paid AU$160-165, so *0.8 that is what US$128-132.
Thats a lot for me but IF it works then money well spent
