SO2Cl2 + PbCl2 >> SOCl2 + "PbOCl2"

The fourth reaction sounds promising. Lead (IV) chloride isn't very stable. Otherwise I think NO2 is definitely the best candidate for oxidizing SCl2 unless someone has a better idea.
