nomenclature help please

What is this:

3-oxo-3-phenylpropyltrimethylammonium halide?

I'm not getting a reasonable structure from this name.

Thanks,
CRX

F**k! Thanks Steve and thanks for not pointing out how obvious it should have been to me. I was counting C's in the wrong direction. One quick question; isn't the carbonyl C counted as part of the chain? That would make it a butyltrimethylammonium halide?

Thanks again!

CRX ;^)

this would be made from 3-dimethylaminopropiophenone and methyl iodide?
