complication in making sodium chlorate
I am trying to make sodium chlorate through electrolysis of nacl on a very small scale . I use 1 tsp nacl,1cup water and 12 volt battery and passed
electricity for 4 hour. And i used carbon rods.But i get no result . Can somebody tell me why?
